With a rapidly evolving business and technology, RBC-MDC has launched in July 2010 a system where SMS (text) messages are used to send and receive customer orders, thereby eliminating paper works and reducing lead time for processing sales orders. Gearing up to meet the challenges of the market, the company is currently upgrading its system with an IT infrastructure that is flexible and dynamic. Soon after, to optimize how technology is used, RBC-MDC’s very own website shall host various information to be made available to principals to help them manage, control and leverage information more effectively to gain a clearer view of their business.
